On amazon.com
- Open the Account & Lists menu and choose Memberships & Subscriptions.
- Find the subscription and choose to manage it.
- Turn off renewal or cancel, and confirm. Some memberships (Prime itself) send you to their own page first.
Amazon may show several "are you sure" pages or offers before the cancel is done. Keep going until you see a confirmation.

After you cancel
- Write down the date and any confirmation number (the Party List has a place for both).
- Watch the next statement. If the charge comes again, contact the company with your confirmation, then your bank or card issuer.
