About
A party for the subscriptions you forgot.
Free trials that turned into charges, the streaming service from last winter, the app bought for one trip. They are small every month and big every year. Cancel Party exists to find them and to make the decision, and the cancelling, easy.
We cancel subscriptions, not people.
The name is a party, not a pile-on. Nothing on this site is about any person: there are no posts, no profiles, no votes and no sharing. The only names you type are the names of things you pay for.
How it works
The Sweep looks for the same merchant charging a similar amount (within 25%) on a steady rhythm: about every 7 days, every month (25 to 36 days apart), every 3 months or every year. It ignores deposits and refunds. It can be wrong: a shop you visit every week can look like a subscription, and a subscription that changed its name on your statement can look like two. That is why every line waits for you to tick it.
The Cancel Kit follows each company's own help page where we could read one (the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau's for bank payments), puts the steps in plain words, links the page and shows the date we checked it. Where an official page could not be read, as with Amazon, or where there is no single official list, as with phone and cable bills, the page says so.
Who runs it
Cancel Party is built and run by WeldonPC. It has no staff reading your list and no partners. The home page, Pricing, About and the Cancel Kit guides carry one labelled banner from WeldonPC’s own ad network, AdEngine; it sets no cookies and never appears beside your statement, your list or your letters (see Privacy). It is not a bank, not a law firm and not affiliated with any company named in the Cancel Kit.
